Chiba. TWINCLE Program has invited UGM to join ASEAN Consortium Meeting 2015. The delegation consisted of Dr. Dyah Rahmawati Hizbaron (lecturer – UGM), Dr. Sri Rum Giyarsih (lecturer – UGM), Dyah Fitria Dewi, S.E (Adm. Staff – UGM) and Dra. Eni Widayati, M.Eng (teacher – SMU N 6 Yogyakarta). The meeting was held for two days, 20th-21st of March 2015, which included these following activities:
- TWINCLE Program Planning Explanation and Discussion
- Program from UGM to Chiba (February 2016).
- Program from Chiba to UGM (September 2015).
- Supervision plan shall change (1 week Japan Supervisor, 2 weeks Indonesian Supervisor).
- Japan/Indonesian Student Visit will be prolonged up to 4 weeks (normally takes 2 weeks).
- TWINCLE Workshop and Discussion
- Discussion of benefits of TWINCLE Program for each counterpart universities
- Two important points for UGM: (i) Credit transfer for students who involve in TWINCLE Program in form of Thematic Community Service Program, and (ii) Teacher Mobility Program to expand networking with other stakeholders in Indonesia.
Being involved in the TWINCLE Program since 2012, the Faculty of Geography has been appointed as the main hub for students/staffs exchange program between Chiba University and UGM.
